Hey guys, would anyone have any idea how I can assign my police vehicles to spawn with certain skins? Like I have EUP, Ultimate Backup and the like and I am tired of seeing all my units using the wrong skins, like DPP etc. 

Is there any way I can configure something so each unit will spawn with a specific skins, like on my CVPI (SHERIFF) BCSO would use skin 3, LSCS would use skin 2 etc etc.

if you have the skins file then you can set it yourself in openiv

Yeah I know how to add skins in Open IV, but how can I assign specific skins to specific departments, so when they spawn, they have their right skins.

just change it in openiv so if you want a skin to be on sheriff and different for Police just change the skin in the Sheriff.ytd

yes you can simply add (or edit if its already there) a "livery" tag in the configuration files (of for example Ultimate Backup)

Whats the configuration file for Ultimate Backup called? 

and can you provide an example of the livery tag and an example pls?

the configuration files can be found in Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR\UltimateBackup
they are called DefaultRegions.xml and CustomRegions.xml. 
and this would be an example of how you would place it in a vehicle entry line
<Vehicle chance="24" livery="1" pax="1" pax_chance="40">POLICE</Vehicle>
you would simply change the number for the livery modifier depending on which livery you would like to spawn.
