The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have no definitive answer, Ive followed YouTube videos but they dont work for me. The game config is installed which is required for addon cars etc. But Only in like mission row area and Highways. When i'm getting near the bridge next to the mission row pd my game will crash. 

Any Idea how to fix this?

    So I’ve installed an replace mission row pd to look like a los angeles version. It was located  in mods>x64b and this pd was causing this issue. So i’ve had to uninstall this one.
