Akron Protests

Featured Replies

2 weeks ago a traffic violation turned into alleged excessive use of deadly force in which the suspect was killed, This past week have had protests throughout my city of Akron Ohio.

The first day of protet was peaceful until midnight when a midnight protest dispersal happened and agitators started a small riot causing property damage to many local businesses.

Here is some video of the start of the dispersal:

Tear gas and rubber bullets were involved, Even got a taste of it up in my apartment watching the festivities below me.

Saw these officers tackle some hecklers below my window.

Then in the wake of that 4th of July shooting near Chicago, they brought out snipers to watch over the protest near the police station:

Some of the protesters came armed and open carry too.

Is that your video?  Interesting to see how they slowly move up to clear the street.  Nice pics.
