I play LSPDFR on controller and normally the lights and sirens should come on when pressing the left stick, but when I press the left stick only the horn sound plays and when I hold down B which is very annoying it plays the siren and when I press the left d-pad button the lights go on. I'm not sure if I messed up the files or settings, does anyone know the fix to this?

thats not what I mean, the lights and sirens should come on when I press the left joystick unless it has to do with custom vehicles

 

its because of custom vehicles
