    So I went back through and manually deleted my mods folder and some contents of my plugins folder. I'm left still having the issue and there are still some things I installed that are still there.

     

    I have GTAV on Steam

    That would not cause this error.

     

    Anyhow - this is an image of a clean GTAV folder, for steam. Please use it as a reference and remove all foreign files.
