No Police Locker interior

Hey guys, I'm having some issues and want some advice!

I'm having issues when I enter the police locker, it should load an interior but it just goes to the location below the map and I can't see my character. 
The same thing happens when I decide to the take a ped to a cell, the game should load an interior but I just fall through the world.

Don't know if it is related but for some reason my game is loading with the old Casino.
