I have the problem that when I run the "RagePluginHook.exe" it gives me the problem "Could not hook game process. Insufficent permissions or bad anti-virus" I have switched off the anti-virus program and restarted the PC several times. Unfortunately the problem still exists? Can anyone please help me? Because I don't know what to do any more...

Hey, 

Please add the whole gta folder as an exception for your antivirus same goes with windows defender. The next step is trying to start ragepluginhook as administrator. 

First of all, thank you for the quick feedback!
I followed the steps you said but to no avail. it still doesn't work. On a side note, I have FiveM installed, is that related? Also, I'm using Windows 11 so I don't know if that's still relevant.

Sorry for the late response but I'm currently at work. FiveM or Windows 11 shouldn't cause any further issues.
