So when i go to open ragepluginhook it just gives the loading circle for a few secconds the never opens and ive tried everything

Do you get a RagePluginHook.log when you launch the game? If so can you provide a version of that in this topic.

Just to clarify, does that mean that there is no file called RagePluginHook.log that gets created in your GTAV Directory? If not, firstly double check you have the correct version of RagePluginHook, the most recent release is bundled with LSPDFR, if that doesn't work and you still get no RagePluginHook.log getting created it could be possible that your Antivirus is stopping it from loading, so you could test running RagePluginHook.exe whilst your antivirus is temporarily disabled to see if that has any effect.

try to start gta without rph first and then with rph that helped me

i do and it just has the loading cicrcle and wont start like it never opens

you still have the default windows antivirus,

add the whole gta folder as an exception in this antivirus, tutorial: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/add-an-exclusion-to-windows-security-811816c0-4dfd-af4a-47e4-c301afe13b26

 

otherwise disable geforceoverlay, if activated. also try to end discord, there are also discord overlays.

I have dcontroler on so its not even possible

it fully turns off windows av so u cant enable it without truning it off thru that its like a admin thing idk how to explain it
