The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I uninstalled the whole game and erased any residue from the computer! I re-installed the game and found that LSPD does not run by itself! I'm sending you the image of the files without any plugin to see if you find something wrong! I tried several times but it does not read the LSPD ! I tested it with STOP THE PAD and the game ran but it keeps crashing when I get calls or try to ask for help!
