What version of LSPDFR is your list based on? Some of the mods in your list don't work with the most recent one, others may not work with the previous but will work with 2 or 3 generations previous.

 

Firstly, I would remove ScriptHookV.NET because it isn't necessary unless you have installed something that uses it.

Secondly, in the "Prevent Crashing" section, you didn't add the gameconfig by F7YO. Link found here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars

Thirdly, in the "Quality of Life" section you have EUP Menu down but you link EUP L & O.

Lastly, in the "Essential Addons" section, I would add a trainer like TrainerV.
