If there's one feature/mod/plugin (whatever) I'd turn in my badge to see it's one that allows you to follow ambulances to the hospital to accompany criminals while they're being treated in the hospital bed and take them to jail if they survive. Maybe with a percent chance based on injuries.

 

Too many criminals go home scot-free due to medic kidnappers. They even wipe them off our police computers. Inside job.

I like this idea a lot. Even when the arrestee is taken under EMS or hospital care, they're still in your custody and are still wearing your handcuffs. For those players who are dying to get back on the street, perhaps an option to have an AI officer follow the ambulance in or relieve you from the Emergency Room?
