Hi i dont know why but my els isn't working,

i followed way too much tutorials to fix my els but non of them worked.

I changed the default keybind ctrl p to f3 but it still doesnt show the little menu of your lights in the bottem right corner,

And pressing J doesnt do anything. if i press e the emergency lights do turn on but just the brake lights.
