“The Rookie” vehicles are just based off of real LAPD vehicles which you can find just about anywhere on this site. If you search LAPD based vehicles

Chances are he was a graphics designer or hired one. I tried searching on the internet for the Rookie version of the LA seal months ago, but I found nothing. The closest match is the Los Angeles County seal, but even then it's still different.

Is this what your looking for? 

 

The seal that is being used in the shower "The Rookie" is based on the real seal that LAPD uses. But just with little bit different then the real one
