I added a car mod for LSPDFR and now RPH gets stuck on the loading screen. I have tried redownloading GTA5 and reinstalling RPH and LSPDFR. 

Are you able to launch regular GTA and load in story mode and move your character around?

Hi there! I've exactly same problem.

 

RPH gets stuck in the loading screen. It doesn't crash or show errors, simply the loading screen turns infinite.

 

@Mrsuperx13, I've tried to launch regular GTA V and I have the same problem...

 

Before the last GTA V update the game worked correctly. I reinstalled LSPDFR and updated RPH and ScriptHook and RageNative.

 

Regular GTA is also stuck on the loading screen

Try renaming your mods folder to _mods
Then try start your regular game again.

 

if that doesn't work

Check if you have a  a vfs.dll file in your main game directory...
if you do Rename the vfs.dll file to _vfs.dll. 
Then try start your game again.

 

I renamed the mods folder to _mods and it is still stuck on the loading screen. There is no vfs.dll file.

Please upload your `Asiloader.log` and `ELS.log` (they can be found in your main GTA directory)

Verified through steam. Still don't have ELS.log

Hi! I tried this and now works for me. I changed vfs.dll to _vfs.dll and the game works now.

he literally said he doesn't have a vfs.dll file

verifying won't give you the ELS.log

can you launch and load into the regular game?

The regular game doesn't load either, it just gets stuck on this screen

I believe there may be a problem with your save game but before we go forward with that the should be a dinput8.dll file in your main game folder

Move it the desktop and try launch the regular game. 
If you still can't get in follow this guide (search for "you may have a corrupted save game") on how to replace your save game 

The save game was corrupted. everything works now. I believe that it got corrupted when I improperly installed the car mod. Thank you for the help 

ok usually it gets corrupted if you save whilst lspdfr is loaded so make sure never to save with lspdfr loaded.
