The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

do you have the .xml file installedfor that vehicle?

otherwise reinstall asi loader and openiv.asi in openiv software and restart your pc

This is a known bug.

If you ever missing the lightbars all of a sudden not working, do the reinstalling and restarting.
