Installed new clean gta v folder, followed all steps but I’m getting an error code on RPH about insufficient permissions and now it’s not launching bc it’s saying steam is running as admin. Please help!

Check your INVIDIA Geforce experience program. Under general settings, if In game overlay is on, it won't allow it to run properly. I had to search through hours and finally found this fix. It worked for my system.

If you have OpenIV installed, run it in administrator mode and follow the prompts at the top to change your folder permissions. Then try launching RPH.

your telling me i didnt have to reinstall gta 5 times?
