I can't use Better_ems in GrammarPolice at all. I tried to fix it. At least in videos and from other articles. Still can't call an ambulance like Better ems if I call an ambulance. It will be a code 3 instead of an ambulance. Or will it be Ultimate Backup's ambulance instead? Where else do I need to add?

2. install this file ems.xml into Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR\GrammarPolice\grammar\en-GENERIC\custom\actions

Just curious why you are choosing Better EMS.  Mod is fairly old. Stop The Ped / Ultimate Back up works 10x better.

I've played both mods, but I love the realism in the fire brigade. The medical unit actually came from the station. I used to set it up in Ultimate Backup but it would only call an ambulance or fire truck from a greater distance. Besides, I always follow your YouTube channel. Thanks.

you can always remove the shv file until it updates. most of your mods and plugins will work the only thing that won't is scripts and ELS

I have done as you suggested. but it fails while loading lspdfr

Add your whole game folder to your antivirus's exclusions list. then restart your computer.

Reinstall LSPDFR https://bit.ly/3A9CIhX 
DOWNLOAD THE "MANUAL INSTALL" VERSION, copy and paste EVERYTHING in the zip except for the licenses folder (you can ignore it) into your main GTA directory.

If it still doesn't work go to Grand Theft Auto V\plugins and rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR
