So all of my mods work great, however, I am trying to install add on vehicles and every time I do, my game crashes. Now I deleted all of the added vehicles I installed. I noticed that on my "added vehicles" section of my simple trainer, some cars appear there. I do not know where these cars came from, but I believe this is what is giving me problems. I have tried to find a way to remove those vehicles from that section but I've had no luck. 

the vehicles that are appearing on my "added vehicles are the following: Coil Cyclone II, super  Imponente Arbiter GT, Muscle  Karin S95, Sports   Pfister Astron Custom, SUVs  Pegassi Weaponized Ignus, Super.
