Rename your mods folder to _mods and retry - we are disabling your mods folder temporarily.

Looks like something in there but we want to confirm that.

When i rename the mods folder to _mods and launch it thru RPH the game crashes on the waiting for game window message. You can also download the zip file inside of it there is a recording of what happends when mods folder is named _mods.

When I launch gta the normal way (thru steam) the same thing happends the game crashes in the loading screen (when mods folder is just named mods). When I launch gta thru steam with the mods folder named _mods the game does not even get to the loading screen before it crashes.

Do you know how I can fix it?

The issue isn't with RAGE / LSPDFR then.

Please removing dinput8.dll from your main directory and retry.

When i remove dinpu8.dll from the directory the game crashes and shuttes down before the loading screen shows up as it did when i named the mods folder _mods. 

Do you have vfs.dll in your main directory?

No I do not

If your game is crashing without RAGE - and it is not caused by your mods folder / .asi scripts then that's rather concerning.
What have you changed recently before this issue?

I added some car addons with els

Is that all?

Because we have disabled those and the issue is still remaining from what you have told me.

I also tried to fix the issue by trying to reinstall gameconfig, heapadjuster and  pack file adjuster

If that was all, which I am presuming, then the last option would be verifying your game files. (keep dinput removed.)

I am verifying intergrity of the game files now but I am just wondoring if this doesent work can i download a new gta thru steam and then retry modding the game ?
 

Also yes.

Now i can play the game but i lost some mods/plugins do you know withs ones i should have lost. but also when i go into the files all the files for the mods i have installed that also did not show up in game are in the diractory so should i just reinstall all the mods and they will show up ?

We removed your ASI Loader - dinput8.

Try readding it and see if the issue still persists.
