The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I installed a new vehicle pack with ELS, The lights are just a dim decal that emit no flare or glow. Here's what I've tried to solve it:

Shader and post fx settings
reinstall scripthook v
reinstall GTA V
reinstall ELS
reinstall the car files
Visualsettings.dat
Uninstall and reinstall open iv's ASI loader
Computer restart

Installing Radiance V seems to have solved my issue completely!
