Im posting this here bc i tried to get help from the RPH server and no one helped me, my problem is very strange.

 

When i launch RPH, everything loads just fine, the game opens but the RPH keeps stuck at LAUNCHING GAME, if i try to open the game, load to SP and then open the RPH, this happens

 

Translation: Grand Thef Auto V is already being executed.

So, my guess is the RPH cant hook the game window, even using the borderless mode, i forced to generate the launch log, and the result is

I tried every fix from youtube, i even downloaded the epic version and tried to play the game, same problem. I got some tips from my reddit thread but none worked.

Could you please try and open GTA V for me? Then when you hear the Sirens from GTA Please open RagePluginHook and see if this works?
