The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Help needed with STP, probabilities

I set the "PulledOverResistanceProbability" to 95 but the peds only resist for the first two pull-overs, then they never resist no matter how much vehicle I pull over.

Anyone hav any idea? Could it be a version BUG? Because it never happens like before the perico island update.
