Exception message: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Could be antivirus or something, also try restarting your pc.

How is this related to the crash message at all?

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

As the crash message quite clearly states, the issue is caused because it's being used by another process.

To fix this you:

A) Restart your device.

B) Make an antivirus exception.

Yes I thought it caused the error but I understood later that not (sorry I am still at my beginnings)
