Is there a plugin where you can shot while you are on the ground like AI Officers when they get hit and fall down they move up a little but still lay on the ground and shot the suspect and get up after a certain time is there any movement plugin where you can do this aswell?

Mhhh

Haha I know what you mean.

As yet, there haven't been any plugins like that developed. But if a car drives into you for example, you are able to just shoot (with your left mouse button)

But when does it happen to you to fall down after you get shot? That only happens to NPCs. In a shooting, the player only falls down after he dies.
