hello i need help, my lspdfr crash when i go on duty on station and on force duty, if i force duty it crashes after a few min

Hello, you attached log where game not loaded fully nor LSPDFR. Did you game crashes on this step or later?

I mean, you probably attached a wrong log file where game on loading stage, cloud you reupload log where game crashes after going on duty. 

Do you have any installed add-on vehs?

i have some addon cars, and modded police cars. and uniforms, i updated rageNativeUI also.

Looks like problem in mod called "MoreRadioChatter". Uninstall it and try go on duty.

I am going to be blunt but you have taken no care over the plugins you've installed.

Delete /Plugins/LSPDFR. That folder is a mess. You have more plugins than there are grains of sand on a beach.

Please exercise caution over what you install. Obviously do not install plugins which were made years ago.

This is not the issue. I would refrain looking at the last logging to determine what the issue is; that's a poor way of giving advise, especially when a stack trace is right there with the issue. 🙂
