Hi, I saw in one persons video where the person had a mod that enabled him to move, while crouched, and have the weapon aimed, and he was able to shoot while doing it.  Does anyone know of the mod that I'm talking about?  Pretty much a mod where you're crouched and aiming down the sights, and you're able to move and shoot while doing it.

No it wasn't.  He had a mod that enabled him to crouch and move and aim at the same time.  And he wasn't noose either.

He Just Changed His Waking animation to noose in SNT

change your peds.ide line to move_m@swat changing it from move@cop (if it's a cop ped)
