I noticed while playing LSPDFR 0.4.9 for the first time that there are many missing uniforms. The Sheriff's, Highway Patrol's, and IAA's team has no uniforms, as well as the North Yankton police team. This is very odd, as you have included all cars other than the Police Riot (something I'm also disappointed about, as that's NOOSE's best car), but I can't match them with an agency and a uniform.

 

Another thing I would like to know is how to get police vests like the guy did in this video.

 

I am a big fan of the default uniforms and cars and would really like to know how to access them. Thanks.

The newer version of LSPDFR is using Multiplayer peds. The default SP Cop model can be accessed through Simple Trainer, select "Model Spawning," and find "S_M_Y_COP_01."  

 

You can edit the agency.xml file in "lspdfr - data," and add the vehicles you'd like to spawn to the selection menu. You can also spawn them in Simple Trainer: "Vehicle Spawning - Emergency."

After doing some research, I figured out that you can get "Preset Characters" in the character selector to get all agencies, and I can just spawn the Police Riot in the RAGE console. No need for trainers!
