    Make the GTAV folder an exception to your antivirus.

    I would also strongly suggest researching your issue. 

    There are hundreds if not thousands of threads that have an answer to this, imagine all the time you could've saved. 😄

    You are using a computer right? Do you know if you have anything like "Windows Defender," or firewalls? Set GTA V as an exception from softwares like those, I don't know how could I explain it any better.
