The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Still can't figure out the reason but most times when I load up Rage it crashes and generates a crash report. Other times it will load and not crash but gets stuck on the loading screen and the game doesn't run as normal.

    Try to launch gtav from steam without the RPH, walk and drive around to see if the game is stable. Then tab out of the gtav window to launch rph, if successful, the game will freeze for a few second then you can have the rph console loaded. Note that

    you may need to set "don't load any plugins on startup" to make this method work.
