Having a game crash caused by a “failed to decrypt stats.dat” message, tried allowing security exceptions for lspdfr, gta 5 folders as well as the stats.dat file. Also have tried removing the stats.dat file from the folder. Research said it could be a corrupt stats.dat file but can’t find a replacement in the lspdfr manual download? Any suggestions?

Thank you for the info, unfortunately the problem still persists. Will have to look into it further

Try deleting the "lspdfr" folder in your main directory in it's entirety, and see if that brings about any change. 

I've seen that fix the issue.

Thank you for the suggestion, after removing stats.dat I received a new message “failed to decrypt networking.dat”. Removed this folder and the game works flawlessly again. Thanks all for the help 👍🏻
