i know that its more of a complaint but is there any way to lower the dispatch volume in game? im new to modding and things like that so i dont know if there is a file that i can adjust it or another mod i can replace the original one with that isnt so loud. thank you in advance.

    No you can't. You can lower your system/headphone volume.
