The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi all, My GTA 5 has worked fine for years down loaded LSPDFR and played for one night. next day i get a frozen loading screen for long time. just then spins for hours. I have updated my video card driver, many other fixes with no luck. I can get to the online version then to story mode from there but the ragehook will not open. CAN any one please help. I pics of my folder. I had also used OpenIL and moved some files from territorials.  yesterday i had uninstalled all then loaded GTA again still would not load. anyway thanks.
