Ok. I tested something to fix it. (Tow service, Insuarance etc are fully working.)

I think the game lost the speedo(coroner vehicle) vehicle file.

 

Other thing is working, but only coroner is broken.

 

When I tried to spawn a speedo by a trainer, and It said 'invaild model'.

 

I thought I can fix this by installing the vehicle file, So I downloaded the speedo skin on LSPDFR and insert it in the mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday20ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\  (OPENIV)

 

And... it is not working.

 

++ And I made a something different, I changed a coroner vehicle setting in my ultimate backup file, (Speedo -> Rumpo) It is working. But I want my speedo back.

 

So, Should I get an original vehicle file of speedo and put it in my game folder?

 

I am trying one last time before doing a full reinstall of the game.

 

Reinstall the entire GTA V is kinda harsh. TT

 

 

 

Have you tried verifying the game?

That invalid model error occurs with a .meta entry issue.

Providing you've got a mods folder, to confirm this is the issue, you should rename it to _mods.
This disables your mods folder, so we can confirm the issue resides in there.

Undo all the changes you made for vehicles. Coroner is not working because the coroner van cannot be spawned.
