Game keeps crashing ! HELP!

Hello everyone, I have a frustrating problem that keeps all my excitement for LSPDFR mod away and it kept it away in the past too.

But I wanted to return to it and see if everything will go as planned , but , as I expected , nothing good can come without effort, so here I am asking for the last help I can because I dont know what to do anymore.

The "vanilla" LSPDFR worked perfectly fine , and WORKS perfectly fine , without any mods or anything ,

works good , don't have a problem with it.

The problem comes when I install mods , decals and audio for LSPDFR. !!!

I will try to explain as detailed as I can because some other people may also experience my issue.

First Part :

So , first of all , I'm not a begineer to this universe , not trying to say anything by this , just stating that I installed everything 100% correctly , I installed LSPDFR with the setup , and I followed a video

Credits to GAMING 4 LIFE for doing a good step by step guide for this. ( I followed the video just in case I forget to install something or I do it in another order )

So , as I stated above , LSPDFR "vanilla" works perfectly fine.

Second Part :

Now , I will tell you what mods I have installed , and maybe someone knows if there is an issue with the mod / model / audio that I installed :

P.S : THESE MODS WORKED PERFECTLY FINE AS WELL , RAGE PLUGIN HOOK WORKED JUST FINE WITH THE MODS TOO , BUT AS SOON AS I CLOSE RPH AND OPEN MY PC TO PLAY AGAIN , IT CRASHES AND DOESNT GO PAST THE " Loading Story Mode With Rage Plugin Hook " ( dont know if thats the same exact text )

I do also have the last version of RAGENATIVEUI , AdvancedHookV , ScriptHookV and a 100% GTA5 save file

POLICE TAPE ( with all the recommended extra files installed + without LML , i did it with the DLC folder because i thought its easier to follow )

Third Part :

I will list all my important PC specs in here just in case its needed :

Intel I5 - 8400 2.80 GhZ ( can overclock )

16 GB Ram

AMD RX 5500 XT 4 GB ( I have updated my drivers)

A Kingston 256 GB SSD and a 1TB HDD

I run my game on High to Very High Graphics

I don't have any anti-viruses , I have the windows included one , the microsoft defender , and I already tried to turn it off or add an exclusion to the GTA 5 Directory

Fourth Part :

I will attach my RPH log if anyone needs it ( dont know if this is a crash log or just a normal one )

PLEASE HELP! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE , IT WORKS SOMETIMES , AND SOMETIMES IT DOESNT GO PAST THE LOADING SCREEN AND I DONT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM COULD BE IF THE GAME SOMETIMES LOADS PERFECTLY FINE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

P.S: Yes , i tried to run it in safe mode and force windowed screen, it worked in safe mode but I dont want to keep playing in safe mode of course

Looks like you are starting the game with developer mode enabled based on the log. Maybe turn that off?

I will give some info about RPH , so , my plugin timeout threshold is 60000 I have the " don't load any plugins on startup " because i just type the " reloadAllplugins " in-game when it actually decides to work

In the advanced settings tab , I only have " Disable custom loading screen" ticked , I see that developer mode is showing , but its unticked and I never really touched the Advanced tab because i dont wanna touch anything that may cause a problem

UPDATE : I tried launching RPH with elevated privilages and I generated the crash log and pasted it here, maybe you see something different because dev mode is definetly not enabled and was not enabled when I saved and launched .
