Crash when loading lspdfr

Hi!
Yesterday I downloaded 3 mods and after launching lspdfr everything worked, but when I went on duty the game crashed. Today, I decided to uninstall exactly these modifications. (previously where I only had callouts it was fine). But after thoroughly uninstalling these 3 mods, my game crashes when loading lsdpfr (on black background)

Exception message: Access to the path 'D:\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\lspdfr\FBI Callouts.dll' is denied.

 

make sure to add your whole gta folder as an exception to your antivirus, if none installed, add it to default win antivirus. tutorial: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/add-an-exclusion-to-windows-security-811816c0-4dfd-af4a-47e4-c301afe13b26

 

also make sure rph has full access.

go to your gta directory -> properties -> see screenshot -> click on user and make sure all hooks are there
