Grammar Police causes LSPDFR to crash when going on duty

Really hope someone can help me,  I have installed Grammar police and followed the instructions exactly.  I have the latest Ragenative UI yet every time i go on duty and Grammar police loads LSPDFR crashes.  Im going out of my mind trying to figure it out.  Anyone got any ideas????

Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR\GrammarPolice\grammar\en-US\custom\commands\cancelPRT.xml'.

 

You seem to be missing that file. Check over your changes / edits of Grammar Police.

The crash is caused by Rich's Police Enhancements:
