The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

ok , so ive downloaded eup 8.3 , the custom folder inside lspdfr/data/custom , it doesntly have the agency xml . like previous eup. 

so how do i add that and setup custom ambient police spawns. I know how to fix ultimate backup but with the new EUP, i dont understand how to .

    I don't remember what the data/customs folder looks like after installing EUP but if you install the EUP configurations, it will install all the needed xml's from the data folder into the customs folder.  You can install Basic or Ultimate version.
