The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi,
I have a question and is there a plugin for LSPDFR that adds random road events like Traffic Policer did with the cars that were shown with white dots on the map?
I threw Traffic Policer out because it is outdated and now I have neither drunk drivers nor people driving too fast.
Is there a plugin what works so similar?

    do you have STP? in the .ini of STP you can dictate the percentage of intoxicated peds. Many mods include ambient events. Try adding some more callout packs or search for ambient events in callout packs.
