The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So, I just downloaded the updated version of LSPDFR. I have the first campaign missions completed, but when ever I try to open LSPDFR, it crashes when attempting to load in the plugins.
