Help with ScriptHookv

hey everyone, i have gone through the forums and youtube for a fix to this and cant see to find one. i have seen similar issues that say to download the new Scripthookv and i have, but i still get this error message. i have installed everything as instructed and still no dice. Please help

i reinstalled everything again and it sorta worked. thank you buddy
