The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello,

i have a problem, that when i start a game, i see rareplugin hook menu normaly, it loads all and then after loading it plays first video y getting in story mode(yea, i didnt play story mode and i will be not), so i click space to skip it and than black screen with loading in the right bottom corner and nothing is happening (game is not freezed)

Not sure what you meant here but, you'll need to complete the prologue & be in freeroam as Franklin (if I recall correctly) in order to play.

You need to be outside of the Missions as any character pretty much. Prologue MUST BE COMPLETED. Basically like Charlie686 said.
