The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I'm downloading GTA 5 LSPDFR. Everyone saves & launches in RAGE Plugin Hook, and when you press them, they enter gta 5. I also press save & close and nothing happens. Could you help?

    A little more explanation would be really helpful as @SwitchedDreams mentioned. 

    And if I had to conclude from what you said, there are still further questions... "Are you using the Epic Games Launcher?"

    If yes, it happens as you mentioned. You need to launch GTA5 normally from EPIC Launcher, and when the game launches, then start Rage Plugin Hook.
