My game keeps crashing and I get this massage.

My game crashes, and says: "Game Memory Error, please reboot and restart the game." I has this written at the top to: "ERR_MEM_EMBEDEDALLOC_FREE_2"

 

Is this an issue with the actual memory space? Can it be fixed? How do I fix it?
