RPH crashes on startup

Now this is a long known issue. Basically I didnt play LSPDFR for two weeks or so and now after wanting to get back to playing my game just started crashing out of nowhere. I tried booting the game and then an error message appeared telling me about some permission issue regarding my Siren Limit Adjuster. Therefore I removed the slm asi and booted the game up again. Now the game will start loading but without RPH. Instead after a short moment RPH crashes resulting in the typical error messages about insufficient permission or bad anti virus. Again; I havent changed anything ever since the last time I played.
So in hopes that there might be some genius idea from anyone Im asking for help. I wish I could provide a crash report but I didnt even get that. Still Id like to mention that the game itself without RPH runs perfectly fine. So I doubt theres an issue with that but moreso with the RPH but thats only my guess. If nothing turns out to be helping I might just verify game integrity but Id like to avoid all the tedious work afterwards.

If the GTAV directory isn't already, make it an exception to your antivirus.

Please confirm you haven't renamed, moved, or have another directory with the same name.
