When I start LSPDFR to go on duty , I use Trainer to call out the police car. My game building starts to flicker like in the movie. I have set Main.Preload All Models to False, but the problem is still there. 

 

But as long as LSPDFR off duty, GTA 5 will return to normal

first, the red turisimo is spawned via simple trainer. you can disable the hotkeys under player options on the second page.

 

do you have a Gamconfig, Heap Adjuster and Packfile Limit Adjuster.?

 

what is your value for heap adjuster? set it higher to maybe 750.
