vehicles not moving out of the way

Featured Replies

so i dont know what is causing this to happend but whenever i go code 3 on the freeway the cars act very werid most of the time the car on the opposite side of the road will stop. And on my side most of the time they wont move, and sometimes they will just stop in the middle of the road they will rarly pull over like they should. i had the clear the way mod running to and i have ai traffic fluidity & discipline installed. i do a lot of modding so i might of changed somthing that makes them not pull over i not sure. i have less problems when im not on the freeway but like in intersections the cars will stop but they will not move over. so if you know anything on what i could of changed or why this is happening please let me know.
