YTD, set default file for skin?

Featured Replies

So KAFAROS (https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/star-wars-x-34-landspeeder) created and uploaded this fantastic Star Wars Land Speeder.  Within the YTD is a perfect looking skin for it....however, I've never been able to figure out how to get it to use the skin.  The Stanier it's replacing never had a skin to begin with, so I am not certain where a model stores information about what image goes to what part.  I would have to assume that's the whole locked vs unlocked model I have heard others ask about.

Is there any way to tell if the skin has the right name, or to apply a skin to a model?  Basically....any fix?  I have seen others ask, but the creator never responded.  And it's been quite some time.  I would love to have this scooting around my city, but want it to look like the movie version like the skin inside appears to be.
