The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I got a question regarding ELS, so I know ELS has not been updated since the like 2017 and was curious on how people are getting to work for them even though it is no longer supported with the new game update?

    It is supported because there aren't files that it uses that need to be upgraded with each game update (except for ScriptHookV). Are you incurring problems with it? And if so, what are they?
