The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Most likely the error is with me, but when a suspect stands in front of me with the hands uo I cant arrest them (nor get him to lay on the floor). I've tried re-bining the key so there is no conflict with the existing keys, but for some reason it won't work.
