The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So I messed up my vehicles files with the meta and I cannot for the life of me figuring out how to revert it back to the original file I unistalled GTA 5 from steam, lspdfr and open iv and redownloaded it all over again I cannot for the life of me figure it out so if anyone can help just help plz
